Required documents for application
Candidates are required to present ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for inspection, and submit photocopies (that do not have to be certified) of the following documents:
- certificates from all four years of completed secondary school,
- diploma confirming completion of the final examination, or matriculation examination,
- diploma confirming one of the first three places in the national mathematics competitions (organized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and the Mathematical Society of Serbia), achieved in an individual competition during the third or fourth year of secondary school (if applicable),
- proof of payment for the application fee and for taking the entrance exam,
- decision on the recognition of a foreign secondary school diploma, issued bythe competent authority, or confirmation that the recognition procedure has been initiated, together with certified translations of certificates and diplomas (applicable to candidates who obtained a foreign secondary school diploma, or completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program),
- proof of English language proficiency at an upper intermediate level = B2; Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CAE) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate, or proof of completed secondary school education in English,
- opinion of the University of Belgrade Commission for Determining the Status of Candidates and
- an opinion issued by the University of Belgrade Commission for determining the status of candidates and students with disabilities confirming the the right to enroll under the status of a person with disabilities (applicable to persons with disabilities)
Submitted photocopied documents must be legible and will not be returned to the candidate.
When submitting the application for the competition, the candidate will be given a CERTIFIED CONFIRMATION of the application for the competition. This is the only proof that the candidate has applied for enrollment and without it he/she cannot take the entrance exam.
Required documents for the enrollment
Candidates who are eligible for enrollment must submit the following documents (it is recommended that candidates submit photocopies of documents certified by a notary public):
- certificates from all four years of completed secondary school,
- diploma confirming completion of the final examination, or matriculation examination,
- diploma confirming one of the first three places in the national mathematics competitions (organized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and the Mathematical Society of Serbia), achieved in an individual competition during the third or fourth year of secondary school (if applicable),
- a completed application form „ŠV 20“ from the current year (available at the faculty),
- two identical photographs of 3.5×4.5 cm format,
- payment in the amount of X XXX RSD for the costs of issuing a student ID card and membership fees for ISIC and EVCA (including accident insurance for two years and paid membership fee for two years)
- proof of payment of tuition fees (first installment) – applicable to candidates who pay tuition fees,
- proof of payment of enrollment fees,
- payment for the University Center for Career Development and Student Counseling (in accordance with the Decision of the Rectorate),
- birth certificate (applicable to foreign citizens),
- decision on the recognition of a foreign secondary school diploma, issued bythe competent authority, or confirmation that the recognition procedure has been initiated, together with certified translations of certificates and diplomas (applicable to candidates who obtained a foreign secondary school diploma, or completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program),
- proof of health insurance (for foreign students),
- proof of English language proficiency at an upper intermediate level = B2; Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CAE) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate, or proof of completed secondary school education in English,
- an opinion issued by the University of Belgrade Commission for determining the status of candidates and students with disabilities confirming the the right to enroll under the status of a person with disabilities (applicable to persons with disabilities)
